According to my experience I been selected for pre hrining training for one month in indigo and so far I believe that communication and positive attitude plays an major role in this field At the end I'll just suggest everyone to just be perfect in ur speaking skills and allow your positive confidence to reflect to look different from other nd surely u could be the next..

Sorry to say this But indigo is actually selecting people according to there mood I got selected till 4th round and they rejected me just because of scare on my knee On the same day my friend who got selected just because of appearance as well as besed on grooming and right now she is doing pht training. Indigo company should work on there selection process This thing you should work on

I almost got into biggest scam company claim it being indigo . Literally they were wearing fake indigo ids plus the hr name was avneet kaur . They were charging almost 15k for pst i got saved by being smart enough to watch videos this genuinely helps ❤

Whatever theyyy say buttt they are definitely less stricter than any other airline and thats what i love about them. They understand no one is perfect. But at times in the interview u do here candidates just getting rejected without any reasons. They say there is a lot of luckkkk involved.🥹😙
