Cataloguer's note: according to dope sheet woman's name is Mrs. Crumbleholme - not sure if this is genuine or if it is a cameraman's joke, given the subject of the story!
Amendment November 2017: A visitor to the site has informed us that the name of the woman is Joan Dorothy Crombleholme, her husband William Crombleholme, was a Quantity Surveyor for Templefield Housing Association and was responsible for and worked upon this development. They were the first occupiers of this development on Gilbert Road in 1965.
