Carrying out a lawful activity, doing nothing illegal, immoral or even wrong! Would that Police Constable ask to watch a cyclist, cycle or a jogger, jogging? But a photographer taking pictures in Public is a security threat and the photographs need to be viewed! The Photographer is accused of committing terrorism and if they don't go down the Terrorist route, then they say that it's causing "harassment, alarm and distress!" But as can be seen, there's CCTV cameras all over the building! One "RULE" for them and another rule for the rest of the British population!

Unfortunately they can view images under Section 43 of the Terrorism Act 2000 but you’re right about giving them nothing. They may try to abuse section 43 but never voluntarily show your images.
