It's so funny how Africa is richly blessed naturally but we Africans don't appreciate/understand how to value our riches. Grew up cleaning my teeth with this, we call it chewing stick in Nigeria but now Nigerians seems to be "civilized" that we now see people using natural things as primitive but we fail to realize that our parents who lives in the village amongst this natural plants live longer and fall sick less.... Now that am in the western world and buying this natural plants for expensive money am beginning to regret why I fail to appreciate them when I had the privilege to pull them outta ma mama farm in the backyard 🤦 The irony of life, you don't know the value of what you have till you lose it. We thought the western way is the best, well that's what they made us believe 🙄

The teeth and faces were healthy,but after eating refined starches, sugar junk food, their teeth were uneven and weak. I thin k it great that you have learnt about life and wisdom.The price for that is often painful losses.I wish I hyad not eaten so much sugar and become an addict. So hard to quit sugar! Harvest the horizontal roots after two years growth, taking care not to damage the main root system. I am hoping to grow some next spring.

dear Markus, not gonna lie. Am investigating raw licorice root and i have a concern about it causing a drop in testosterone (not wanted). Do you have any advice on this? Thanks.
@MarkusRothkranz4 жыл бұрын
Another misunderstood myth. Assuming you actually mean whole root, not the isolate, it helps BALANCE hormones in both men and women, so if a man has too much testosterone, (which most men do who eat beef and take steroids) then yes it will lower it to the correct levels, but NOT to less than the body needs. It can even help elevate the levels if they are too low. It helps block the transformation into DHT so it also may help slow down hair loss. It's in my edible plant guide www.EdiblePlantGuide.com

Yes it helps that... but you must first stop doing what causes the problem in the first place. Download the Stomach and Colon-Bowel ebooks at www.MarkusEbooks.com "what to take" is the last consideration. What to stop doing is the first

the stomach and gi problems I have are caused by NSAIDs, DMARDs, and corticosteroids for my many autoimmune disease symptoms. Its ither those or the heavy painkillers, and I do not want to be an adict.

You remind me a little of Joey Tempest from the group Europe.
