Beautiful eggs, beautiful mulberries, I have a white mulberry, very small fruit, but those almond trees, wish I had those. How lucky you are with what’s available to you. Maria looks exactly like my neighbor, and I mean exactly, she is Italian also.

I moved to California twenty five years ago. I started watching and learning from Lidia on PBS to learn how to make pasta sauces and other basic recipes. I loved and followed her teacher like - conversational way of instructions. Ten years ago a well traveled no nonsense friend complimented my white sauce pasta as one of the best he has had 😅😊😂 I owe it to Lidia 🫡

This video reminded me, Back in late 70s, i used to live in Pulia region, Brancusi, San Vito, and Latino. I used to watch Italian ladies make those homemade pastas. 🎉😊 They used to serve with delicious tomato sauce with lamb meat cooked all day.
