Girl u have no idea how good u make me and everyone feel about the food we r eating. Almost every “what I eat in a day” video shows meals like they were made for a baby, but not urs. Ur food is balanced and looks tasty as hell and I love how u keep it real and I rly appreciate that

most unfortunately have ed‘s, it‘s full of diet culture in disguise of wellness, there‘s orthorexia everywhere.. girls glamorizing emancipated underweight bodies bc skinny seems to be the end all be all (which it‘s not. shrinking your body, smaller, thigh gap and abs ≠ healthy) fcked up how normalized and praised excessive compulsive exercise addicitions and food rules are. you do NOT need to compensate, demonize calories or weight gain, burn food off, restrict, label food, make up for it, or obsess over your body, food and exercise. eating less doesn‘t mean healthier, smaller and losing weight ≠ better and moving more ≠ fitness

I've been watching what you eat in a day and seriously you motivated me to eat healthier❤ I recently did my weekly grocery shop at Sainsbury's and I spent a bit more for a higher quality food and tried a couple of your meal ideas.. its been nearly a week and it gives me so much joy eating such nutritious food and the quality is amazing. Great diet lots of veggies, lean meats just add fruits and this is the best way to eat for your skin and hair ladies take notes you don’t have to be a complete vegan add some lean meats if you want to age nice and ripe (I noticed vegans usually age faster or look sick just an observation)❤🎉☺️

The food she made was actually very healthy. There were some mild carbs from the whole wheat bread (which has fiber) and the tortillas for the fish tacos but it was in moderation. And the snacks were about as healthy as you can get. Everything else was just clean protein and veggies.

It sure feels nice to have a kitchen when you're in your early 20s so you can better your diet with fruits and veggies. Now in the US most young ppl leave for college and deals with insufficient housing where they cannot access a kitchen due to rules therefore they gain weight bc of eating out and access to cheap, overly processed food.
