Raoul hugging Christine as the Phantom sings Love Never Dies to Gustave is heartbreaking and definitely wasn't in the original or Australian version :'( I can't stop crying :'( It is so heartbreaking even when it is sung in German and I don't speak a single word of it :'(

Exactly. I was thinking the same when i saw the Aussie version for a guy who spent his past 10 yrs with his wife her dying seemed not to affect him much the more I liked this version, the emotions are just right how a Raoul should have acted when his wife dies.

O pessoal falando que o Raoul na versão australiana não demonstra muita emoção quando a Christine morre e eu concordo, mas o Ben compensa. Ele chora pelos dois kk... Ben chora pra valer e eu choro junto com ele. É o fantasma que mais chora. Atuação fantástica. Dito isto, gostei de ver uma parte da versão alemã. Não entendo nada, mas gostei do fantasma.
