Thank you for another great reaction to Geoff. He said his favorite character to play is the evil villain / bad guy & he is the best. He pays so much attention to detail & his wife Kathy made his pet dog Zero you see floating around. She is the best & does somuch in helping Geoff with his videos.

It was a beautiful set. I felt so sad for Jack. Glad there is a girl in his future. Time to watch the movie. I lot of the comments I've seen are lobbying hard to encourage film makers to do a live action and cast Geoff as the Pumpkin King. Glad to know that you will be doing Hellfire tomorrow, I'll be there. I've never seen Geoff like this before.

Although Geoff does supply some props, most come from Pattycake Studios where he films. (Tony and Layne acquired the piano last month and had quite the story to tell about it). When Geoff was saying that he wished he had something more hopeful for the end of the video (like the snow glove in the movie), they came up with ‘you could just use our snow machine!’

This has always been my favorite song of the movie. Geoff is absolutely Jack Skellington. His switching back-and-forth between registers really emphasizes the two sides of Jack. He’s revered for his scary side, but he wants to do something just a little different. Geoff’s little character details really bring Jack to life. I *love* the little slump when he’s Mr. Unlucky😞 and when he pats his thigh to call Zero to him.

In the BTS video shared with Patreon members, there's a clip where Geoff is half-done getting makeup on (shirtless) and goes over to try out the piano that's just been set up, and a shot when they're cleaning up and he drops to one knee to hug his little boy. That shirtless clip shows he has definitely been working at changing the definition of "dad bod."

@@EtherealForever they absolutely can, they have written originals before. the problem is *time*. with them having to drop a new song every single month, as well as 2-3 mini's, due to their Patreon commitments, writing original material is very difficult. having to arrange, record and edit a song, arrange for a video concept and order costuming/props/location/camera crew, building the set, programming the lighting, filming the video, editing the video, creating album art, get the final mix from the mix engineer and get it published in the right places, and doing all that every single month, finding the time to write original content is difficult. and that's just the work they do for the music. they also have a lot of Patreon commitments and business stuff to take care of on top of that, not to mention all 4 of them having work outside of VoicePlay as well and a family life. all of them have expressed wanting to write original stuff, or create different things beside music, but they don't have the time to do it. hopefully some day ❤❤
