Ground black pepper to taste.
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Breadcrumbs 1 cup.
Vegetable oil 700-800 ml.
Recipe 2
Chicken drumsticks 8 pcs.
Salt 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Ginger 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Egg 1 piece
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Cornstarch 2 tbsp. l.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Potatoes (any quantity).
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Garlic 2 cloves.
Mixture of Italian herbs 0.5 tsp.
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
parsley to taste.
Recipe 3
Chicken legs 3 pcs.
Salt 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
Ketchup 1 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 cloves.
Onion 1 piece
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes.
Mushrooms 300 gr.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Mozzarella
6 items.
I add 100 ml of water.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 50 minutes.

#3- OMW! I think this is my favorite! The chicken looks so tender and juicy! I do not like mushrooms but I can certainly use several onions and bell peppers. Thank you so much! Oh, I've never heard of clear foil for baking. And I've been a baker for 45 years in our bakery. I bet it's like a shake n bake bag.

I searched and searched for this stuff ( clear foil ) and finally found it : Carta Fata makes it. It's Italian, expensive and not available in Canada as far as I can tell. Might have been popular 5 or 6 years ago, but was not practical for restaurant use $$. Amazon use to carry it, but delisted it ages ago. Just use parchment paper. If you live in England and have ££ to burn you may find it there. Hope that helps you out.

Great minds think alike (GMTA). I have a recipe that is almost identical to the second recipe. The only significant difference is I use baby red potatoes as they bake to a crispier texture and I sprinkle grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese over the potatoes before baking. The Parm bakes into a crispy cracker on top of the potato that is pretty tasty. P.S. This recipe will work well with chicken wings too.
