सर अगर एक state government regular employee जो probation clear के बाद उसी विभाग के दूसरे central project post पर select हो के जाता है शुरू में तो सभी वेतन पुराने रेगुलर पोस्ट की तरह मिल रहे थे probation भी second post का clear कर लेने के 5 साल बाद विभाग कहता है यह पोस्ट contractual है आपको fix वेतन मिलेगा तो फिर वह कर्मचारी क्या करे।🙏

Dear Sir, I have recently watched your session on lien. First of all I would like to say that the session was amazing & fruitful. I have a question regarding the lien and would like to request you to kindly clear the same. If there is any GS on regular post in any central govt. If he goes from A to B through technical resignation, having a lien in A and not confirmed in B yet. Before being confirmed in B (i.e. on probation) if he again got a post in any other Central govt. C. Then how can he join in C and retain the lien as well till confirmation in C.

Plz plz reply kijiyega - I have joined in a Central Govt department in 2015 where i have completed my probation & hereby confirmed in that service in 2017. Then i have taken Technical Resignation with LIEN from my deptt to a post in state govt. While i was on LIEN period in state govt, some staff were given promotion on an One Time Relaxation basis (OTR) to the next higher post in my parent central govt deptt. In that promotion list I was in the very first position in the seniority list & if i was there in my parent department, i would have been promoted first. Now with prior approval of my parent department I have taken permission to revert back to my parent deptt within my LIEN period & i have joined my parent dept accordingly. Now as all my juniors have already been promoted, what will be my seniority???? & as per rule would i be promoted also with notional effect along my juniors ??? Please tell me Sir. Plz reply sir. Actually normal Lien period is 2 years and if probation is not cleared and extended for 1 year then you can approach to the previous authority for extension of another year .

As per FAQ no 3, my repatriation request is forwarded to parent department to existing department... But if the existing department deny to forward my request to parent department then what should I do for reverting parent department?? Can i revert the parent department after tendering resignation with getting release order from existing department???

Sir I am a central Government employee.Recently i have taken the KV ASO exam and I think I will definitely be selected.But i have a doubt. 1)From central govt to central govt/state government,lien retains.(as per kv order) 2)Whereas if you join autonomous body from central government department,lien does not retain.I mean you have to resign the central government job and then only can join KV.(as per kv order) What I want to know is that whether we get lien on the parent department (central government department) if we get selected in KV?? Sir If someone had taken technical resignation from his parent department his resignation was accepted by vide competent authority. The said letter also contains following remarks: " He will not have any lien on the present post after acceptance of his technical resignation and that all the the relevant rules relating to resignation will apply " And join another department but after 5 months he declared confirmed in the confirmation letter which issued by authority . He served in parent department for more than 2 years but that time when he relived confirmation not come But confirmation letter comes from the same date, it was to supposed happen. Can he revert to his parent department because new department not suit him Plz sir tell sir can revert to his parent department, in new department hi is under probation only six month have been served by him but he want to revert to his parent department

If in District Court,your job is permanent one then lien is terminated in your parent Dept.If your probation period is extended one and your recent dept informed to your parent dept then you can return back.on this condition if you are eligible then lodge case in court.According to the court order also employee can return back from Autonomous body to Direct Dept.

Yes Lien is there in your parent dept but contribution of PF given by new employer and leave salary also.It is right one.Lien means only on your parent post no one can be appointed till you get confirmation in your new employer.New employer should accept.
