Thanks for such comprehensive information covering all angles possible in very simple way. Please guide on following 1. Central govt. corporation based PSU group A officer (E2) whose probation is over wishes to join Central Govt Grp A officer post at L11. NOC and experience certificate was obtained before hand. Does this qualify for technical resignation and is LIEN possible. 2. The gross pay at PSU drawn at E2 is more than joining level gross at L11 with government, although the basic at PSU is less but due to fringe benefits the gross gets high, in such case will pay protection be applicable on gross or no protection will be applicable at L11. 3. Please share a format of resignation and preparations that one should do before resigning.

One person appointmented in Central government service in Dec'2022. Before joining he has applied for the post of lekhpal in UP govt. After joining in Central government service he intimate his department in by written application. Before completion his probation he get offer of appointment for the post of lekhpal. So, he submit technical resignation or resignation. 2 Before joining his new post of lekhpal a court case had filed some one Supreme Court against the recruitment and pass stay order. Individual want to join his pervious post before complrtaion of 90 days. Please guide in this matter.

Thank you so much sir for such an informative video. Sir if a central govt employee who have less than 2 years of service, relived from present department by technical resignatin in afternoon. After 1 day of travell he join new central govt office in forenoon, then is he eligible for joining time for this 1 day of gap? 2. Does this one day gap can be considered in break of service and no benifeit of tecnical resignation is given, such as count of previous service, carry forward of past leaves and ltc etc. 3. If possible please make a video on this topic when a candidate resign technicall during probation period🙏

मैं पहले postal assistant था जहाँ GP 2400 था और INCREAMENT DATE 1 जनवरी होता था अब मैं रेलवे में GP 2800 पर आया हूँ जहाँ मेरी जोइनिंग 26-07-2023 की है तो क्या यहाँ भी मेरा INCREAMENT 1 जनवरी 2024 को लगेगा या 1 जुलाई 2024 रेलवे वाले बता रहे हैं कि 1 जुलाई 2024 को लगेगा क्यों कि ग्रेड पे चेंज हो गया कि अगर SAME GP होता तो 1 जनवरी को लगता क्या ये सही है रूल यदि किसी को भी जानकारी हो तो PLZ जवाब जरूर दें 🙏🙏

Sir, I need to know after technical resignation in parent department if government employee is not confirmed in his new department then lien can be extended by one year as per rule. Please provide information about: 1. If he does not apply for lien extension for further one year then his lien would be maintain in the parent department till the confirmation of employee in new department in the next one year. 2. If he wants to increase the period of Lien because he is not confirmed in new department then the application for extension has to be submitted in new department or directly to parent department? 3. If request is submitted in new department then the competent authority can reject the request to forward to parent department.
