If the card has a multiple different choices and it states that you choose two or more it goes in order as it's worded so the 1st bullet is 1 and the 2nd is 2 and still on you cannot change the order of these bullets. Another way you can look at it it all happens at the same time in the order of the card that it says it, you cannot manipulate

Because it's friends playing together. Also it was pretty clear how the game was going to end, so part of the fun is seeing exactly how a deck wins.

For you to say “nobody ever” is pretty stupid in and of itself. It’s obvious these guys love it. Most players that have advance beyond “I cast creature; I hit you with creature” like seeing crazy things pop off. Maybe you should try Pokémon.
