Funfact: Azeri/Azerbijani used to use an alphabet modeled of the tatar “yañalif”/“yaꞑalif” alphabet with no ğ ı & ö but ƣ ь & ɵ instead and some dialets have ć dz ð q̇ and w for /ts/ /dz/ /ð/ /ɢ/ and /w/ or /ɥ/ respectively

What is the difference between G and Q?
@AhlulQuranMadrasa Жыл бұрын
Their pronunciations are completely different. "G" is pronounced like the "g" in the word "girl". "Q" like the "g" in the word "got".

It is an Azerbaijani alphabet not English. We haven't "w" in our alphabet.
