Exactly.. I'm one among those working in pakka rural areas..wherein there is lots of work which doesn't result in significant increase in business.. it's like hell not because of the work related to customers but from RO there is continuous pressure give that report, this report urgent in two mins, bring ots proposals, gecl loans, increase business etc etc etc and it goes on and on and on.. no time to take a long breathe.. customers at one end and regional office at the other end.. OMG 🙏🙏

Let me clear the air.... There are targets for marketing officers... For branch heads but situation is not that much worse. As I didn't get opportunity till now to head a branch so can't tell you the pressure Branch Manager has to go through...

जो भी बैंक की तैयारी कर रहे है। कृपया अलग अलग जगहों के बैंकर एवम् उसकी समस्या से अवगत होकर इस क्षेत्र में आए। जो बैंकर रहते दूसरे एक्जाम की तैयारी करना चाह रहे है उनके लिए लिपिक ग्रेड सही है। किसी भी क्षेत्र में में काम करने से पहले मैदानी स्तर पर काम करने वाले लोगों से मिले विशिष्ट रूप से सेमी अर्बन और रूरल एरिया उनसे हर छोटी से छोटी शंका के बारे में चर्चा करे। फिर इस क्षेत्र में आए। कई बार ऐसे क्षेत्र में पोस्टिंग मिलती है जहां एकिस्वी सदी में भी आधारभूत सुविधाएं नहीं है। कई जगहों में शाखा मे केवल एक ऑफिसर है और कोई नहीं और आपको business करने के लिए pressurized किया जाता है और कहीं कहीं तो कंप्यूटर ही नहीं है और business करने को कहा जा रहा है। घर में किसी कि death हो जाती है तो छुट्टी नहीं देते क्योंकि स्टाफ नहीं है और गलती से आपको छुट्टी मिल गई तो घर जाने के लिए बस या कार नहीं मिलेगी। ये सब आपको डिमोटिवेट कर ने के लिए नही वरन् एक चेतावनी है पोस्टिंग लेने से पहले एरिया एनालिसिस कर ले।

Kaam karna hi padta hai, bhai humare yahan ka jo IAS hai.. wo mila tha ek din humse coaching centre mein usne kya bola hai pata hai "pichle 3 din mein 5 ghante soya hoon" raat ko bhi Collectorate mein hote hain. Matlab log ye chahte hain, exam clear karlo fir rajai odh ke so jao. Bhai kaam karwana hai, kaam hai.. isiliye log chahiye ! Isiliye vacancy nikalte hain.

Riya buy 2 to 3 good magazine for GA and go through them thrice in a month after some interval. There are some banking terminologies go through that also and Ur GA part is good to go. For English make a habit of reading good newspaper Indian express , business standard , economic times and do some mock test.

I have always one question, why lakhs of people wanted to join banking for every notification though it is tough to get and even after getting job.there is ever Hard work to do and also risky why they don't want to go for private job(don't say for security). now a days some of the private jobs are also providing good salary with good comforts and also low risk and low pressure compared to banking and if job lost then there are lots of opportunities for new job to get.why this much competition in banking. Good jobs: railways,ssc,upsc,state govt job, IT sector jobs are some of the good jobs to consider. So I suggest people don't come to banking industry unless you are interested in this sector.

Risk is a valid point bt ppl who think k koi aaaram ki naukri chahiye.. please note, wo naukri jo aaram ki hoti h usme log job satisfaction nai h bol k rote h. Weigh your choices. har job me koi na koi compromise h , koi pay sahi nai deta, kisi me pressure zyada h, koi job satisfation nai deta, koi stability nai deta, koi ye sab deta h to uska entrance exam clear karna aasaan nai hota. So while making the choice please see k aap kaun si compromise karne ko ready ho. baki dont feel demotivated yaar , har sector k pros n cons h. BTW thanks for this video, i to got motivated after seeing this.

It's obvious ki woh BOI mein hai toh unki salary kam se kam 60 k (newly joined) gross hogi plus perquisites like petrol, cleaning material, etc. which is around 5 k a month. Toh in hand minimum 59-60k.

I am selected in rrb clerk. And SBI is dream job. I don't want to join for PO. I prefer to have a peaceful and stable life than hectic schedule of any po. I want to have enough time for my family. I just wanted to be financially independent and be an independent women. What do you think , should I prepare for SBI clerk? Is it better than rrb clerk? My only vision in future to have 9-5 job and dedicate my time towards my family.

@@user-oc1tm9pi9f If you are beginner and if you study with your 100% and with proper guidance you can clear it in 6 months. But the thing is that most of the time candidates didn't get proper direction in study. You should watch Akash jadhav sir's lecture on "Sankalp Education" YT channel. Only watch May 2020 strategy session. It will guide you really good.
