You are strong as well sis. I'm so glad that God is taking care of you because it's hard. Your hair is looking good and I know you'll get that weight off for the wedding. Rooting for ya. :-)

thanks so much sis. yes I had to put my hair away for a while. I love my twist too. I have had a hard time getting back to my pre pregnancy weight off and I think with a strong mindset I will get it off. I have to Continue to pray on getting this weight off too.

I dont blame you.. you needed that week, but I'm glad youre getting back on the ball. I myself pigged out well not like carbs or anything just i ate alot and i had some chocolate :) AF has me like I havent had anything to eat in years.

I ate everything under the sun that I wanted for the past 3 weeks lol. I'm still waiting for my cycle. I think I'm around CD60 something smh. after having my son I developed PCOS and it sucks. I know once I loose some weight my cycle will get back to normal... well I'm praying it will get back to normal. yes it was a very rough week but I am still standing. I guess it time go get back on our grind.
