When she said “holding myself like I would if I had a daughter” we always give so much love to everyone else if only we could have the same grace for ourselves 😢 needed that.

i LOVE how she turned back on him to describe what makes a woman attractive + how he fully described her. It was a cute moment. I love how vulnerable she is in this discussions and I guess what leaves me wanting more is hearing his vulnerabilities in her reflection.

Thanks for this episode, André! Here are some notes from this interview: Personal Growth and Self-Love: -It is essential to fully feel our emotions rather than suppress them. Anything not fully felt will need to be addressed eventually, and suppressing emotions causes them to manifest in unhealthy ways over time. -Radically accepting and loving ourselves wholly, even the more challenging parts of ourselves, is an incredibly empowering act. It is revolutionary to embrace all aspects of the human experience. -Comparing ourselves to others damages our authenticity and sense of self-worth. Instead, we can cultivate sisterhood by seeing the success of others as our shared success. -True confidence arises from making peace with every part of our inner world and psyche. It does not come from seeking validation externally or presenting a curated image. -Experiencing grief has been a great teacher for growth. By respecting grief when it arises and allowing ourselves to fully feel and process it, we also expand our capacity to feel joy and ecstasy. On Authentic Beauty: -Authentic beauty is aligned with our true essence. It stems from self-love, creative expression, confidence, and embracing our feminine nature. This differs greatly from chasing artificial, external standards of beauty for validation. -When women support each other in recognizing their own and others' authentic power and beauty, it creates space for the divine feminine to flourish collectively. -Honoring our inner qualities and not overemphasizing physical appearance allows our unique divine feminine energies to shine through. This creates more holistic beauty. Magnetism and Living from the Heart: -Magnetism, in the form of opportunities, connections, and resources, arises quite naturally from living in alignment with our authentic selves. The more we express our true essence, the more magnetism and abundance flows to us. -Living from the heart means choosing to embody and experience what feels most authentic and alive to us, not what we think we should do. This path reveals our unique beauty and gifts. -A regulated nervous system and the ability to be fully present with others are very attractive qualities, reflecting inner peace, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. -Our outer experiences and what we magnetize are reflections of our inner landscape. Magnetism is cultivated through consistency in choosing practices and habits of self-love. Reframing Difficulties: -In challenging times, we can reframe the stories we tell ourselves about a situation in order to empower ourselves instead of creating more suffering. This involves questioning our limiting thoughts and beliefs. -When struggling, consciously surrendering and handing over the situation to the wisdom of the universe through prayer and faith can provide relief. This act leads us to ask for miracles and expanded perspective. -Though painful, hardships and periods of darkness often help us shed old unconscious patterns and discover hidden gifts within ourselves. Healing happens through the natural cycle of death, purification, and rebirth. Considerations: -Fully feeling our emotions requires courage but is essential for alchemizing those energies into wisdom, strength, and power. Having support systems is key to this process. -Self-love is a daily practice of consciously choosing to validate ourselves and meet our own needs, instead of habitually seeking validation externally. It takes consistent devotion over time. -Healing sisterhood requires moving beyond comparing ourselves to each other and instead mutually uplifting each other's growth. This transforms separation into sacred union. Practical Tips: -When grief arises, compassionately create space to fully feel it. Cry, journal, move the energy through dance, talk it through with trusted allies. Process before re-engaging. -Actively replace negative self-talk with gentle messages of self-love and validation, as you'd lovingly give a child. Speak to yourself with patience. -Take time to connect with your inner child, either through visualization or looking at old photos. What brought you joy, creativity, and lightness as a child? Make those activities a priority. -Pray, meditate, and commune with nature to gain higher perspective when struggling. Openly ask spiritual forces for miracles, healing, and expanded awareness. Key Takeaways: -Fully feeling and embracing our emotions, rather than repressing them, leads to radical self-acceptance, inner peace, and empowerment. -Authentic beauty arises from self-validation, creative expression, and celebrating our distinctive feminine essence, not chasing external approval. -A regulated nervous system, genuine presence, and living from the heart creates magnetism and abundant manifestations. Daily self-care rituals cultivate this. -Reframing challenges in an empowering way allows us to learn from difficulties. Surrendering to the universe brings perspective. -Healing sisterhood means moving beyond unhealthy comparison and instead uplifting each other's growth. This reclaims collective feminine power.

It wasn't silly wanting extra time with your dad. Especially being gone 6 months at a time. I feel for you. Thank you for your message. I quit my job in February that I worked afternoon shift and only got to see my kids in the morning before school and the weekends. I went almost two months without working and took a job for 7 dollars less an hour for dayshift. After a couple months i got my current job at the same as I used to make and dayshift. And its right down the road instead of 45 minutes away. I missed my kids so much and after hearing your story it made me realize how much my kids must have missed me too. Sending love to both of you

I love how André’s “type” is someone who is in alligment with what he wants for his life. Is really refreshing watching a man who is willing to provide a safe space for a woman he absolutely has respect for, and who is incredibly empathetic. I’ve never seen this kind of love and i’m happy that men are showing these type of behaviours, it helps others, like me, understand what love is really about: she being her fully and he having the space for her 😊

9:25 reminds me of a quote from a childhood book that I loved... " Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be."-Shel Silverstein Edit... I'm commenting as I listen...so. 13:40 I happen to be a Scorpio.
