*After?! Good luck with that. It never goes away. I can now get back to chasing my dreams in a matter of days.

I’m very lucky to have meds that work, I know that’s not the case for most people so I don’t ever take it for granted.

Thank you...jaw dropped when you bought up the reading issue....I thought I was alone. Still feels alone but you're helping a lot....thank you.

Great to hear you’ve been psychosis free for so long! I had my first episode this time last year. Decided to come off medication early on and it seems to be going well. I am now at the stage where I want to move on with my life and it’s great to hear you are selling art. I would love to do this myself. Thanks for the video and I’m pleased to have discovered your channel!

Thanks so much Carolynn. ;) You talked about brain damage. Does that mean it can never be repaired or is there hope in recovery that the brain damage is repaired at the end? Thanks in advance.

@@fuenfpunktsechs6503 it can absolutely be repaired!! Isn’t that great? There may always be deficiencies but they can be improved. Thank god for neuroplasticity.

Thank you for the inspiring video! I have a question, with which I've been struggling to decide for myself: having been free from psychotic symptoms for quite a while, have you thought of tapering off your medication/s? Whether it's Yes or No, could you please share your reasoning behind the decision?

How did you get out of the depression?
@Psychotic.in.Seattle2 ай бұрын
@@angelaperry2070 soooo much therapy! 😅 I think that kick started it but I had to put in the work myself. Meds weren’t enough to get rid of it so I tried things like CBT & DBT. I also go to lots of AA meetings & I gotta say that seriously helped, probably the most.
