Going into private company is much better than getting company through GATE .if we more focus on skill then there will be definitely we get job . But bad to say that in India the youth things only to get job and 💰 they depress their talent . It is not necessary that every person have that temperament to face exams although they have skills but going through peer pressure they have to face many exams which they don't want.

Not every field has that much jobs in private companies. I am from civil and there is very less demand in private sector for fresh graduates. Even if we manage to get job still the salary is 10-12k. What's the point then. For civil atleast it's better to study for competitive exams.

sir ongc gate 2020 ke liye koi official info nahi arahi hai ..all PSUs last year when cases started to reduce CIL , IOCL ,PGCIL , NTPC. all have conducted interviews and published the result ..As we know you're an ex ongcian kindly any information you can tell apart from the rti reply when they will start the application and form dates
