You have misconception,there is no value of gazetted officer,until and unless u are IAS, IPS, gazetted has extra headache duty to attest some documents,so PSU is best always

Sir I have seen opposite happening, Now since 2021 people are leaving IES after cracking nd doing Mtech to join semiconductor industry. IES has very less weigtage now.

There were many reasons and video which have been uploaded by you lurking me to join and prepare hard for PSUs but from inside I want to go for ESE... And this one reason is finally satisfying after working for longtime salaries will be equal. Sir, it's really hard time, I left my job and started preparing for gate but it's really hard to continue the flow, sometimes I am getting flow then some distraction came and lost my 2-3 days. I don't know what should I do and how to manage these things. First time I am failing in these things before when I was doing my BTech I used to study hours and hours there was no issue but now really hard sir. Hoping that I can overcome these distraction and get focused. Sir, I graduated in 2020, should I think for again job and prepare along or should i go for gate only ?

@@kishourbhagat9691 Currently i am doing job left preparation because I got that I don't want to waste my time to show someone that I am able to get government job. It will become my purpose then that time I will clear any government exam. Currently i don't have any such purpose. Will start any business or anything, why should I waste my time to get the fixed income, it's better to survive and do hard work, it will definitely pay in long term. It's not necessary government job is only option to live life. There are multiple things in universe and i wanted to enjoy those things. If you have purpose to clear any exam then fixed time and give your 100% even if it is not clearing then leave that exam, if you are near and you have shown real dedication in yourself then again you can do but fixed it 1-2 times and then leave it.

He didnt mention some important reasons for this job switch 1 kaamchor people love IES because in Psus you have to perform and deliver(most psus) 2.almost zero scope for corruption & bribery in Psus but in IES........u know 3.time table and discipline is very important in PSUs but in IES.....u know.

If a corporation gives you about 20 lakh per year on joining and take care of your family and in case of ongc you can have 10 out of 14 holiday completely with family its good

@Sahil It's sad to see such an image of highly qualified officers. It's true that there are some corrupt officers everywhere, but that equally true for PSUs also. In fact in PSUs almost all works are done on contract basis, which is not the case with IES. Anyway, I hope I'll bring certain truths about hard work of ies officers in my upcoming videos.

@@peebeelife not all are corrupt in IES,everyone knows that.i didnt say total zero corruption but almost zero corruption scope for officers.the vigilance wing of psus are very strong and transparent.there is corruption in every govt organization but PSUs are far more better.i forget to mention another point in my earlier comment, that is 4-some psu officers want to show off or brag about their status and position, so they switch to IES.

Psu's mai bhi gazetted officer rank hoti h, after je all the ranks including ae and above are gazetted officers in case of nhpc and rest I also is same I think but nhpc provide you the tag of gazetted officer.

There will be no any privitization of BARC. Salary in barc will be less compared to BARC in initial 10-12 years. Lots of officers working at single unit so u will not get the feeling of gazetted officer.

Plz avoid standard books for gate totally. If you can't solve questions in first go then first try to revise the concept and then try again, then see the solution and try again.

@Mayur Deputation is allowed, which means temporary posting in another ministry, provided: 1. There are vacancies in sought department 2. The officer fulfills the eligibility criteria for respective position. But, yes, it's possible
