You’re truly a blessing because I passed my TX Life & Health exam on the 1st try last week 🎉. Although, I’ve been servicing individual life policies since mid 2018 I still felt unprepared for the exam after taking the Kaplan instructor led online 3 day class. After watching your videos Monday - Wednesday, reading the study manual, & watching the prerecorded videos on their website I felt so much better. Passing score was 70 & I got an 84!

Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. Read this message to know what’s important for your state exam, what you should focus on as you study, how you should study, and how I can help you secure a passing score on your exam! I have helped thousands of people pass their insurance licensing exam. Companies from United Healthcare to Hagerty have requested that I be their instructor for all their new hires in order to secure a pass as quickly as possible. During my years of working for them, and securing high pass rates, I was able to determine the quickest and fastest way to pass the exam. My method is to focus on the most tested topics, and knowing and understanding the most tested topics instead of memorizing practice exam questions. You should NOT be doing quizzes or practice exams very much and if you are- STOP. The questions in your course will not be the same questions on your exam. Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 140 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. The easiest and most tested chapters are General Insurance, Life Basics, Life Provisions, Term vs Whole, Annuities, Health Basics, Health Provisions, Disability Insurance, Medical Plans and State Law and I cover all of them in my Royal Treatment Class Series. General Insurance is the foundational chapter and when you know it well, it helps with all the other chapters. Most states will range in how much this chapter is tested typically being around 5% to 10%, but since it’s the foundation for all else, you want to be decent in knowing these terms, especially anything related to contract law. With the life and health exam, there are separate chapters that make up the content when you look at the exam breakdown. What I like to do since I know and understand the information within all of the chapters, is to focus on the content that is the same between life and health. This way you get to double dip on your learning, and not be overwhelmed with all the things you have to know. So first, we focus on the things that overlap. Life Basics and Health Basics overlap as well as Life Provisions and Health Provisions. Both of these chapters almost look identical between life and health, but the life provisions chapter will also include Settlement Options for Life Insurance and Non Forfeiture Options. Life Basics is also known as completing the app and health Basics also known as field underwriting and both chapters are all about the application process an agent goes through when selling a policy as well as the basics of life/health insurance. While you will learn in your studies all about the various life policies, they love to test you on Term Vs Whole and the differences between them more than other life policies. Annuities which are actually the opposite of life insurance requires mostly knowing all the definitions, Annuitant, Annuitization, Accumulation, etc. Next up are provisions. While there are different provisions in life and different provisions in health, many of them will overlap. Provisions are things that kind of set the rules for how policies work and a good amount of them are simply definitions, and many do require memorization of numbers. Provisions also tends to be one of the largest chapters on all state exams, sometimes even up to 25% or more of the exam is just on provisions. For health, they really like you to know the difference between HMO and PPO, as well as a good understanding of disability insurance. Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. While every state is different and has different numbers, you need to know which numbers are important, and which things you should memorize from this chapter. I teach that information in my insurance regulations classes which are included in all my Royal Treatment Class Series. Right now, I have three options for the Royal Treatment Life and Health and both come with 100 Day Access. The Sliver Life and Health Series will cover a simple review of the most tested topics across all states. The Gold Life and Health Series will cover an in depth review of the most tested topics across all states. Personal Platinum is Gold + Silver + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial! Additionally, as part of Platinum you get to attend all classes I host for Life and Health for free during your 100 days access. I didn’t realize that in my area they (companies) expect you to be “fully licensed”. I managed to find that out on my very first job interview 🤦🏼♀️ So, warning! I’m back! 🤣 I was the fool on zoom that was on zoom for the first time and had no idea what to do 🤣 Then my dog came in at the end 🐶 I haven’t watched this video yet, I just turned it on but PLEASE tell me that life & health is EASIER than P&C! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 900 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have outlined what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study since they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. Most of these chapters are definitions that can be easy to memorize when you use my class series. If you have already studied and failed these are most likely the chapters you need help on. For the Types of Property chapter, it can be really difficult to grab many points here because the chapter is so large. You’re reading a hundred pages worth of study, so trying to secure points across hundreds of pages worth of material can be difficult. What I encourage people to do is focus on Dwelling, Homeowners, and Flood. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on Policy names, Policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. It won’t break you to fail every math question if you are strong in other areas, but it certainly helps to be prepared for them and I teach them very simply. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples. For Types of Casualty, this is another hundred page chapter that can be difficult to secure points in, so we focus on Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. Umbrella also comes from this chapter too and that’s an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto and Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on. Commercial Policies are inside both Types of Property and Types of Casualty. Commercial Policies are hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. So in short, Get My Royal Treatment Class Series of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all come with 100 days access. Bronze is a Basic Review with 8 hours of class recordings. Silver is a Deeper Review with 14 hours of video. Gold has over 30 hours of the most in depth classes with a more intensive teaching of the topic, plus colorful student notes and practice questions. With Gold, you will also get access to Silver and Bronze! Not sure yet - still taking a bit more time off with the baby. The major things to know are General Insurance, PC Basics, Dwelling, Homeowners and Auto. These categories require memorization of names, amounts, some math, and a working understanding of how this type of insurance works. General Insurance is the foundational chapter and when you know it well, it helps with all the other chapters. Most states will range in how much this chapter is tested typically being around 5% to 10%, but since it’s the foundation for all else, you want to be decent in knowing these terms, especially anything related to contract law. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a General Insurance Terms Class. PC Basics is one of the most important chapters and can be up to 20% of the state exam. This chapter covers Policy Structure, Policy Provisions, and lots of definitions. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a PC Basics Class. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on policy names, policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Dwelling and Homeowners Class. Now, in most states you do not need to know Commercial Policies to be able to pass, but it’s great to have some working knowledge to secure points in that chapter. If you're taking personal lines, you don't need commercial at all and can skip this paragraph. If you’re in Alabama, you definitely need commercial as it’s 26% of your exam! Commercial is hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. If you’re taking the Personal Lines exam, you do not need to know any Commercial Policies. For Auto insurance, you’ll get tested on both Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto Class that tells you what to focus on. Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. Completing the Application and Field Underwriting overlap as well as Life Provisions and Health Provisions. Both of these chapters almost look identical between life and health, but the life provisions chapter will also include Settlement Options for Life Insurance and Non Forfeiture Options. Completing the app and field underwriting and both chapters are all about the application process an agent goes through when selling a policy as well as the basics of life/health insurance. While you will learn in your studies all about the various life policies, they love to test you on Term Vs Whole and the differences between them more than other life policies. Annuities which are actually the opposite of life insurance require mostly knowing all the definitions, Annuitant, Annuitization, Accumulation, etc. Plus you’ll get Silver as well. #StateSpecifics: All state exams use the ISO, The Insurance Services Offices general policies to create the exam. This is what I teach off. The bulk of every state exam is the same from one state to another. They all share the most common, most tested topics and all my class series are built around that. There are state specifics you'll need to know, but those will come from the State Approved Courses like Xcel, Kaplan, Examfx, etc. My class series complements those courses and I make them make sense, even the state law/insurance regulations chapter. I'll explain the department of Insurance, the role of the commissioner/director, unfair trade practices and what numbers are important to focus on, but you'll use your state approved course to get those numbers. Some states require you to complete a state-approved course and even earn a certificate through that course in order to sit down to take the exam. Some states do not require you to complete anything before you sit down for your exam. Either way, I recommend a state-approved course to prepare you to see what is on the exam, provide you with practice questions, and give you your unique state laws. VA Does not require any state approved course. There are some state exams that have easy exam breakdowns and many people have reported in Texas that using my material has been enough to pass the exam, without an additional course. Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. Read this message to know what’s important for your state exam, what you should focus on as you study, how you should study, and how I can help you secure a passing score on your exam! My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. Completing the application, Types of Life Insurance, Life Provision and State Law/Insurance Regulations are the most important focus for your exam breakdown. Completing the application is all about the application process an agent goes through when selling a policy as well as the basics of life insurance. Types of Life will teach you about all the available life insurance policies and the ones you want to really focus on are Term vs Whole and Annuities. Provisions are things that kind of set the rules for how policies work and a good amount of them are simply definitions, and many do require memorization of numbers. Provisions tends to be one of the largest chapters on all state exams, sometimes even up to 25% or more of the exam is just on provisions. Right now, I have three options for the Royal Treatment Life and both come with 100 Day Access. My Sliver Life and Health Series (just skip the health videos) will cover a simple review of the most tested topics across all states. My Gold Life and Health Series (just skip the health videos) will cover an in depth review of the most tested topics across all states. Plus you’ll get Silver as well. Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. Short answer: Get My Royal Treatment Class Series for Life and Health. Even if you’re only studying life, you can skip the health Videos: www.insuranceexamqueen.com/courses/silver-lh Longer Answer: I have helped thousands of people pass their insurance licensing exam. Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 80 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, I use a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. The easiest and most tested chapters are General Insurance, Life Basics, Life Provisions, Term vs Whole, Annuities, Health Basics, Health Provisions, Disability Insurance, Medical Plans and State Law. Annuines which are actually the opposite of life insurance requires mostly knowing all the definitions, Annuitant, Annuitization, Accumulation, etc. For your state, this is what you want to focus on to secure a pass. The easiest and most tested chapters are General Insurance, Life Basics, Life Provisions, Health Basics, Health Provisions, Disability Insurance, Medical Plans and State Law. General Insurance is an easy chapter that is mostly definitions. I have two recordings available for it. One is a conversational audio where I simply explain each concept. You can get that here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/general-insurance-terms-conversational-audio-for-life-health-pc-and-personal-lines/ghsp8 The next one is a Memorization audio where I explain the topic and then repeat a definition for you to memorize 3 times. You can get that here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/837d64ac-8003-49ab-9eab-09e3a3a2101b/ghsp8 With the life and health exam, there are separate chapters that make up the content when you look at the exam breakdown. Both of these chapters almost look identical between life and health, but there are some different provisions in Life and Health, a good amount of them are the same. I teach Life Basics also known as completing the app and health Basics also known as field underwriting at the beginning of my 4-hour life boot camp. As part of this boot camp, you will also learn the main two life insurance policies and the differences between them, which they love to test you on. You can purchase the Life Boot Camp here here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/6d0788c0-204c-482b-b2f7-d17647498786/ghsp8 If you want just the Life and Health Basics Content without the life bootcamp, you can get that here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/life-and-health-application-and-underwriting/ghsp8 Next up are provisions. While there are different provisions in life and different provisions in health, many of them will overlap. Provisions also tends to be one of the largest chapters on all state exams, sometimes even up to 25% or more of the exam is just on provisions. I teach life provisions in this class: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/life-class-recording-term-vs-whole-annuities-provisions-settlement-options-nonforfeiture-and-riders/ghsp8 I teach health provisions in this class: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/1fc87900-8c91-485c-9ad1-9d834e26c108/ghsp8 For health, they really like you to know the difference between HMO and PPO, as well as a good understanding of disability insurance. You can get all of that in the 4-hour health insurance boot camp here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/health-insurance-exam-boot-camp-4-hours/ghsp8 You can also buy the Life and Health BootCamp Bundle for a discounted price here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/life-and-health-boot-camps-8-hours/ghsp8 Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. While every state is different and has different numbers, you need to know which numbers are important, and which things you should memorize from this chapter. I teach that information in my insurance regulations class here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/insurance-regulations-state-law-1-5-hour-class-recording-all-lines-life-heath-and-pc/ghsp8 Now, you can get all these classes separate OR you can buy them all at once in the All Access Life and Health Bundle: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/all-access-life-and-health-bundle/ghsp8 If you want to see ALL my stuff, you can check out the full listing here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/a/ghsp8

Browse my facebook group and see how many people site Gold as being the reason they passed! Platinum is Gold + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial, plus you’ll get free tickets to all P&C Classes during your 100 Days Access. Plus you’ll get Silver as well. Personal Platinum is Gold + Silver + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial! Additionally, as part of Platinum you get to attend all classes I host for Life and Health for free during your 100 days access. The easiest and most tested chapters are General Insurance, Health Basics, Health Provisions, Disability Insurance, Medical Plans and State Law and I cover all of these in my Royal treatment Class Series. Health Basics is also known as field underwriting and it’s all about the application process an agent goes through when selling a policy as well as the basics of health insurance. Next up are provisions. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. While you will learn in your studies all about the various life policies, they love to test you on Term Vs Whole and the differences between them more than other life policies. Annuities which are actually the opposite of life insurance require mostly knowing all the definitions, Annuitant, Annuitization, Accumulation, etc. For health, they really like you to know the difference between HMO and PPO, as well as a good understanding of disability insurance.

Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions. My method works very well and anyone who works One-On-One with me with my Royal Treatment passed their exam on the first attempt with a just passing score because I only focus on what’s absolutely necessary to pass. Signing up for the Royal Treatment will give you access to me for a month and I will give you all the steps I want you to complete to secure a pass and meet with you on Zoom for tutoring. You can message me through your studies on the daily! You can sign up for the Royal Treatment Here: buy.stripe.com/4gwaEM07Lbzu9dmeUV If you are in need of a state-approved pre-licensing course, I recommend Xcel. They have one of the best practice tests that I have seen. When you check out with them, use the coupon code QUEEN which will knock $10 off the price, and within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a link to my all access pass, which is all of my class recordings valued at $111 for free. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. I recommend which of my class recordings that I have taught to help you to understand this material. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, I use a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. If you have already purchased my class recordings, use this write up to know what’s important and watch the videos in this order as well. Here is what is most important for your state exam: The easiest and most tested chapters are General Insurance, Life Basics, Life Provisions, Health Basics, Health Provisions, Disability Insurance, Medical Plans and State Law. General Insurance is an easy chapter that is mostly definitions. I have two recordings available for it. One is a conversational audio where I simply explain each concept. You can get that here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/general-insurance-terms-conversational-audio-for-life-health-pc-and-personal-lines The next one is a Memorization audio where I explain the topic and then repeat a definition for you to memorize 3 times. You can get that here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/837d64ac-8003-49ab-9eab-09e3a3a2101b With the life and health exam, there are separate chapters that make up the content when you look at the exam breakdown.
