I wish you the best - I suffered terribly with vestibular issues a few years ago. One bout was about 7 weeks long, and I was getting desperate. In my case, a friend was so worried she gave me some special cookies to eat. Was it coincidence, was it the stuff… but it went within 24 hours. It came back a few times over next two years, but each time with lesser effects. I hope the MRI gives you answers. And a solution. Best wishes from England.

Been through some scary testing moments myself over the last few years and I really hope things turn out okay for you- I know how stressful these kinds of tests can be. Obviously take care of yourself first and foremost- you and your health are more important than content. Sending all the good vibes, virtual hugs, and anything else that may be helpful your way 🫂❤️

About twenty years ago my sister began to have debilitating health issues. Each doctor she saw confidently stated they knew what was wrong with her, but she just continued to get worse. She ended up having to use a wheelchair. But eventually, finally, after several years, they figured out what was wrong with her and she began to get better. Looking at her today, you'd never know she'd been through all that. So all I can say is, keep the faith, best wishes, and good luck. 💪
