​@Lemme81 I was a 3rd person player for my first few years on dayz even in pvp it seemed so much easier until my friends started playing 1st person only the first month was hell but honestly now that I'm used to it I can't go back 1st person is alot better also gives you better chances not to be killed by a rooftop camper laying down watching in third person

Solid effort! Also, keep including 3rd person mixed in! I switch between 1st(combat) and third(wideview/running etc.) so you aren't alone! First person isn't that much more "immersive"......come on man, we are dealing w/old Arma graphics, how immersed do you expect you can get?! Keep up the good work!

After watching your video I realise that I should try to build another official base :)). You will get PvP in NWAF or Krasno AF, or as a general rule in MBs. Also a high pop server will help, you where playing low pop!

High pop means more eyes on him and getting killed a lot which means a lot of respawns and gear ups enough to continuing work on the base.

Yea I was playing at night most of the time during these recordings that’s why they weren’t as populated. You right about the PvP but I was tryna be more tactical due to me being solo and not playing for long periods of time

Im new and still trying to figure out the menu system. Reloding guns takes ages and its soo annoying when you cant put something in your hand or pick something up becsuse a certain part of your outfit is full then you need to spend ages sorting it out. Other than that im really enjoying it

yea the learning curve in this game is very difficult, one tip is that you can hold triangle on a mag and it will reload the mag if you have the ammo

Love this video! I played dayz on the ps5 for the first time ever yesterday. Anyone have any advice on where to get a map, how to build….. stuff like that. On the App Store download the app “IZurvive” that has the whole map. For Building best to look up a KZbin video on how to build, and I’m not sure what happen to your loot when you spawn.

BTW a stash under the first bushy tree on a direct line from where you killed someone when caught looting, and your home base is not ideal.

the more you go north west the better loot you'll get, clouds move to the east so you can use them as a compass, for the players it all depends what server your on, the best chance to find players is on the coast. When you go inland its more rare to find people, the best chance is to go to the air fields for pvp. Also download this app called Izurvive it has the whole map for use.

@@g-rip529 definitely on PlayStation mate, they just aren’t as bad like pc, instead of having god mode aimbot users like pc has to deal with you’ll have white walling, terrain glitching, duper’s that are usually in one big collective. Duper’s are the main issue though since they have fixed terrain glitches and white walling to an extent.

When i joined this server it had like 40 people on it and one of the most populated servers but it was like low 20's the other days i hopped on.
