@daniellecindy so are you embracing your body the way it is now I'm trying to but I'm alot curvier than you and heavier I've been yo yo dieting for 4 years on and off lost a few stones then it's gone back on I was at slimmingworld but I have a 9 year old autistic son who got expelled September last year cos of his violent behaviour and that continues but towards me today I got attacked with a coat hanger because he didn't go to his tution and they have told me as a consequence he needs to know that is wrong easy for them to say So I guess I've turned to food for comfort my partner does 4 12 hour shifts so I do feel I'm on my own I also have a 13 year old who misses out on a lot of my time because my youngest wonts me all the time My mental health hasn't been great either then I had a pill review and she said I'm overweight I said I know but when my youngest autistic son uses me as a punchbag it's difficult She said yes I think you have alot on your plate It's not easy loosing but very easy to gain xx
