See there are few things that you need to keep in mind. First thing there is no 5 day banking as you are enjoying in the Insurance sector(if i am not wrong) , then in Banks if you join as a PO then you can be posted anywhere in India so you have to keep your Bags ready all the time and then promotion is also difficult in Banks. So from my side it is a Big NO for switching from Insurance to Banking sector. Yes there are few advantages in the Banking sector but that should not be considered at the cost of Inner peace that you are already enjoying.

If you clear Jaiib you get one increment & after clearing Caiib you get 2 more increments. So in total you get three increments after clearing jaiib & caiib and monthly net increase will be around 4000/-. Targets are usually given for the whole branch not to an individual.
