Don’t give up on doing what you want!! Honestly the AP system is VERY different from college courses. I took AP science courses in hope they would cover my prerequisites and they didn’t, at least for science anyway.It was still a good experience though.

I was NOT good at “science” (in Italy we have only “science” classes, which include biochem and chem), and yet I studied so hard for my chem exam in med school, I passed it with 29 out of 30. And now I’m a doctor :) I had a bad teacher in high school that’s for sure. It made me study harder in uni , because I knew I had holes in my preparation

I will make a video on this later, but I think you should major in something that interests you and that you want to learn more about! You can go to med school with any major, and as a doctor, you'll be learning science for the rest of your life, so use those 4 years to do something different if you want!
