When you use to live in Paris, your videos had such wonderful content, you would walk the city often , showed us the restaurants and boutiques and the city. Now, ever since you live in Milan, and make video at home , you barely go out alone , most of your videos are from your closet or your living room floor. I know Paris is Paris. However, it is very refreshing to see a mix of sit down home videos and running errands in Milan as well. ❤

I have been avoiding consuming sugar on weekdays and allowing myself to have it only in a Sunday for the last 20 years!!!! Insane, but let me just tell you that the positive impact it has in your overall well being is incredible!! As for the thoughts on personal development, I d have to say that it would almost be unnatural for someone NOT to develop and progress especially considering the various experiences we have and transitional phases that we go through! So, fully embrace every single transformation to yourself Tamara because this is a sign of maturity! Btw, I love love love the black Constance because it is the epitome of effortlessness and understatement!! And as a side note, I do announce having a shower to my lovely husband every single day!😂😂 the best of luck for your NY business trip and lots of wonderful wishes for your birthday!! Love the Constance bag it seems so practical for every day use! Love the round Hermes for special occasions! At 75, little surprises me. I have just figured out to enjoy each day and don’t worry about what you can’t change. I was diagnosed with lung and bone cancer in February. Treatment’s will last as long as feasible or I say I am done fighting’

I adopted the no sugar(deserts) philosophy this year! My modification is to not have sugar(deserts or refined sugars) for the entire Q1. I definitely notice a difference in how I feel and look. Happy Birthday! I hope you enjoy your birthday sweets!

Speaking of sugar strategies, here is another. When I began drinking tea and coffee as a teen, I decided to get used to it unsweetened, because over the years, those daily scoops of sugar would accumulate into fat and tooth decay. To this day, sweetened tea and coffee taste awful to me, and my weight is good. My favorite tee shirt is a heavy cotton, cropped boxy crew with “Aloha” stenciled on in faded blue lettering. Paired with jeans, white leather trainers and one of three Louis bags, a glacier blue Over The Moon, a damier azur Neo Noe with blue trim, or a pink Neverfull and I am out the door into the Hawaiian sunshine. Same tee with brown lettering, paired with beige trousers and beige claire Chanel flap. On Hermes: those RTW pieces look amazing. Ditto the crossbody harness bag.

Hello beautiful lady. Please don’t leave the Olaplex on your hair any longer than it states on the bottle. It it’s known to causes hair loss if not used correctly. I made this mistake and now only have it on when and how it should be used. 🌷🇬🇧xx

Right! It only treats for about 10 mins, while your hair is damp. Once your hair is dry, it can create breakage because of the bonding that should be rinsed when hair is damp to wet.

​​@@Nubianette I think she uses olaplex 0 and 3 as it ment to be ones per month tretmant. It goes on dry hair, firs 0 then after 10 minutes, while no. 0 is still in hair you massage number 3 onto hair, it should stay for about 30-60 minutes. Olaplex 8 is simple mask, 10 minutes on damp hair is enough.
