A long time ago our family got our first computer in the 90s. It came with a casino game, and my family competed to see who could win more. I stayed up late and won over 10 million on the game using roulette. I don't know if it was a fluke or program error. I would bet: red, odd, 1st half, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. All with the same amount. what happens if it hits a black 8 times in a row and hops between second and last dozen? Which is a pretty regular occurrence. Not many people realise this but putting multiple bets on one outcome is exactly what the casino wants. It increases the house edge more every seperate bet on top of the original bet house edge. It's a sucker bet. Best to just pick numbers or choose red or black or a dozen. Don't combine them. If you bet them as a sort of hedge, then better to just lower the original bet an just bet to one thing.

If you win move that street if you lose stay the same lose twice bet up a unit stay for 2 durations if you lose going up a unit each bet. If you win come down a unit and move the street that just won! As you go up a unit that zero is your jackpot I love it when I start losing cuz when that zero hits it's big pay day!

Just my thoughts on improving systems. How about copying down the winning numbers for the shown 15 Minuit system that you say you can improve. Use those numbers to play a virtual game against what you think are improvements. It really is the only way to make a direct comparison to the system you're trying to improve since the winning numbers that come up for the improved version will never be the same . Now take some time and let that sink in. 😁☕️

On the second system. Thinking that where a number is placed on the wheel has something to do with it "having better odds that it will hit" is total BS. Now for the receipts on that ..... If you are playing a RNG game you can totally throw that logic out the window. The only bias a RNG GAME usually shows over time is that it will lean towards not hitting on wherever your bets are places. How do you think the casino places the player win back percentages? That's impossible to do in a completely random world. Now if you are playing with a live dealer there are 2 slight possibilities that could occur that might show a bias to a certain area on the wheel. The first being a bias wheel. The second is known as a dealers signature.

A Tiny bit better would be to combine 2 streets into 1 Doulbe street with double the bet whenever possible. For example: Double streets for 7 - 10 for $2 instead of Streets 7 and 10 for $1 each. If 7 street hits in this example you would win $10 and not lose the $1 on the 10 street ($12) which is the same as $11 on the 7 street minus the loss of $1 on the 10 street ($12). Essentially the same bet but just easier to place

If you increase one of the 9 bets it will let you. Choose the smallest denomination the table has, mine has .25 cents. As long as one of the streets is different it should work.

You proved 2 up 1 down failed very recently. Two extra numbers still leaves 9 holes that can and will bite. Get too deep in and only 5 or 6 consecuitive hits on 0 , 00 will dig you out as you are winning $5 less on a street win than original 9 street. HUGE pass on this one
