This intriguing video serves as a poignant reminder of the heartache I've been enduring since my 7 year relationship came to an end 4 months ago. My cherished partner, the love of my life, made the difficult decision to part ways, leaving me consumed by thoughts of him. Despite my earnest attempts to win him back, I find myself facing frustration and an overwhelming sense of emptiness, unable to envision a life without his presence. Despite my efforts to move on, I'm compelled to confess my lingering feelings and longing for him here.

The process of releasing a loved one can be an uphill battle. I can relate, having navigated a similar journey when my 8 year relationship dissolved. Despite the heartache, I refused to relinquish hope and embarked on a quest to win her back. Turning to a spiritual counselor for assistance, I found guidance that ultimately led to our reconciliation.

Many seasoned investors understand that an investor must be both a dividend and a growth investor. For instance, if I managed to make a 1000% gain on Tesla and then pulled 85% of the profit out and decided to invest it in a lot of more stable dividend stocks like CVX, SCHD, I would say diversify, but also use those growth opportunities to build capital to invest in dividend payers (or in cash flowing real estate). This is how I made my first million, ever grateful to Susan Kay Mack my FA.

As a holistic life coach myself, I would say HAULT is an outgrowth of HALT in self-help programs, which stands for HUNGRY, angry, lonely, tired. Don't make big decisions (or confront people, etc) when you're hungry or otherwise depleted. Of course, I'm not saying to comfort-eat, but get re-centered to look within and ascertain what you really want to do. And if you don't know what you want, ask yourself how do you want to feel in life? Happy, fulfilled, satisfied, curious, excited, connected, and/or useful - such as making a contribution or a positive difference? I would also say volunteer work and taking courses are wonderful ways to expand your horizons close to home as well as meet interesting new people who could spark inspiration.

Metaphors galore. Affirmations don't work in poverty where choices are far and few in-between, if at all. Homelessness, domestic abuse, refugees, exploitation (workers, fair wages etc). Starting over again is really hard, a long battle against the odds. Here is my metaphor: Ain't a stroll in a park, a bloody expedition to scale Mt Everest.
