You need a vision, you need a goal. If a pilot doesn't know where he's heading he will just fly around and not get anywhere- quote from Arnold. Your goal IS also the motivation that drives you, it's your WHY that will make you push that much further. If you're unmotivated, your WHY isn't strong enough! I know why I'm starting my youtube channel, and even though I'm just starting and my videos go practically unseen I stay at it because my WHY drives me. What's your WHY?

Those Ted pin heads still can't get achieve reasonable sound quality. .....these talks are really worth making them easy to hear and help us understand....

Michaela there's something uneasy about the way you speak, that makes it hard to listen. If you want to reach a million people, maybe it's good to take a speaking class?

Maybe you just have a short attention span. It's what happens when English more than likely wasn't one's first language you sound like a child telling her to go to speaking classes
