Life Eurokite: Protection for red kites

More than half of all red kites breed in Germany. Are they endangered by extra-high-voltage power lines? To find out, experts in the Life Eurokite project are equipping the birds with transmitters. This allows us to learn a lot about their lives and the risks they are exposed to. Our video with @lifeeurokite5890 explains how this works and what we are already doing to protect birds.
