Great video. I am just under 6 feet so I am looking for incumbent but with the ability to travel the world on the bike routes. Otherwise, I get bored. Saw your video on the 290 Schwinn. But what are your thoughts on the Nordic Track or other. Thanks.

Look at bikes with FTMS Bluetooth. You can download ANY fitness app, pair it with a bike with FTMS BT and have access to EVERY app. And best of all, you are not locked into a monthly membership with a tablet embedded in your bike. You will use your own tablet. Your tablet will become your electronics screen and can control your bike. Super cool! 3G Cardio, Sole and I think Schwinn use FTMS in their bikes. You then can travel the world or use a VR Headset or broadcast to your TV, whatever you want. Great solution!

Thank you for your videos! Just assembled our RS3 but I cannot find the serial number! Manual says it is on the front stabilizer. Removed front stabilizer and see no serial number. Any help would be appreciated. I have to give Lifecycle the serial number in order to get help from them. Catch-22.

It should be there. If you bought this brand new I would talk to the dealer about it. It is not unheard of for a serial number sticker / plate to fall off though. Can you check in the box or is that no longer an option?

@@bigguytreadmillreview Thank you for your reply. We bought it from Amazon and now regret that! The box is long gone. Do you know where the serial number is supposed to be? Below is my correspondence with Life Fitness Customer Support. They sent me a 13-year-old document on where to find serial number, but no help. They cannot answer my real question (wiring) until I give them serial number. =========================================== Hello, We recently purchased the RS3 Recumbent Lifecycle with Track Connect 2.0 console from Amazon. We assembled it, but we have probably made a mistake and seek your expertise in solving this problem. First, we would like to register the product. Below is a picture of the serial number on the console. However, we cannot find the serial number on the bike frame itself. The manual says it is on the front stabilizer below the shroud. We did not see it, so we removed the front stabilizer and still see nothing. I am 75 and my husband is an 84-year-old stroke survivor, so it was not easy for us to do! Please let us know where we can find the serial number so we can register it. Second, I think we may have made a mistake with the wiring connections. Some wiring must be correct because the console has power, and the heart rate is displayed. However, it looks like there is no information being passed between the wheel and the console. After turning on the console and beginning to pedal, it counts time for 30 seconds, then it says PAUSE and counts down for 5 minutes before turning off. During that initial 30 seconds, and while pedaling, it does not show any speed. And since it pauses after 30 seconds, I don’t think it even recognizes that I am pedaling. That is why I think the wiring between the wheel and the console must not be correct. Could you give us a clue as to which wiring may be incorrect, or how to solve this problem? Thank you very much! I finally found the serial number! It is on the bottom brace, near the floor, facing down toward the floor, in between the 2 upright posts that hold the seat assembly. Thanks again! Now I can get it registered and hopefully get help with the wiring problem.

Do you feel highly about the RS1 model with the go console?(price is a concern here)

I like Life Fitness no matter what . If the RS1 price works for your better then thumbs up! Better than buying a cheaper big box brands. The LF RS1 is still great quality!
