I'm just in shock right now because a few days ago one of my aunts said that we should be thankful for everything so that Allah will give more and I thought to myself "yes, definitely because Allah is al Shakur". This morning I came across the verse where Allah says 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]' (14:7) and I was just like "Oh, i didn't remember there was a verse like that" AND NOW I WATCH THIS VIDEO WHICH IS ABOUT THE EXACT SAME THING. Alhamdulillah for everything I have. Alhamdulillah for this amazing video. And Rhyad, thank you a lot for this great reminder and golden advice!!!

Incredible brother. What people don't understand in islam is that a lot is connected to deeds. Worship, zikr, thanks, is a way to remember Allah and HENCE remember what you need to do. But it always comes down to YOUR DOING. Which does start with believing but doesn't end there. Action has to be there usually.

Abdullah bin Mas’ud said: “It was said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, how will you recognize those whom you have not seen of your Ummah?’ He said: ‘From the blazes of their foreheads and feet, like horses with black and white traces (which make them distinct from others) which are the traces of ablution.’” (Sunan Ibn Majah 284)

As salamu alaikum akhi, I just wanna give my opinion, inshallah it benefits you. The first time I looked at the title it felt too clickbait and I didn't click but since I watched some of your other videos I clicked when it got recommended again. So maybe make it more like 'How to increase your blessings using this Quranic verse' It's gives off a less clickbait vibe. I haven't watched the vid yet but I know it'll be good inshallah, jazakallah khair

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Look at those who are below you, and do not look at those who are above you, for that is more likely to hold you back from belittling the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon you." [Authentic hadith] - [Al-Bukhari and Muslim. This is the wording of Muslim] If people apply this advice, they will enjoy a life full of patience, gratitude, and content. The advice in the Hadīth has two parts: 1. One should look at those who are at a lower level than him regarding worldly affairs. 2. One should not look at those who are above him regarding worldly affairs. When anyone does so, he will enjoy tranquility, peacefulness, and a good life as he will always recognize the blessings of Allah, the Almighty, upon him, for which he will show thankfulness and humbleness. Of course, this Hadīth speaks about worldly affairs in specific, because one should always look at those who are above him when it comes to the affairs related to the Hereafter.

Allah says in a beautiful hadith qudsi: "O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as its.” (Tirmidhi) Finally Allah says: “Remember Allah during times of ease and He will remember you during times of difficulty” (Tirmidhi) Thanking Allah - "And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]...” (Qur'an, 14:7)
