5:00 Now seems like a good time to bring up that one time where this straight up happened to me. I went out bowling with my sister, her friend, and my boyfriend. I am not remotely athletic, I have issues with social anxiety, and I’m a neurotic perfectionist. The opposing duo CLAPPED. OUR. CHEEKS. the first game. My boyfriend was the best individual player, but I brought him down so hard, and I honestly felt bad. On the 10th round of the first game, my hands were so sweaty from nerves, that the light asf 10lbs ball slipped out of my fingers. My boyfriend DID THE MII SPIN AROUND AND SAID WOWWW which kinda made me feel better about the situation, like it was a joke we could all play into. That being said, I cannot express how personally victimized I feel upon finding out that this is no longer the case in the reboot. Who does this sense of shame belong to?

Frisky D. and sterpo gamer, the duality of man in display All jokes aside, neither is bad. Miis are simplistic and somewhat ugly, but they have an incredible level of customizability that speaks to many people in a personal level (plus there's also the sense of nostalgia). Sportsmates are more cute and streamlined, but they end up looking generic in turn, even though their design is aesthetically pleasing. I think the reason why Miis are more popular is that they're so deeply linked with the identity of Wii Sports, which was likely many people's first Wii game (or first game ever, in some cases), so in a sequel of the Sports series, the community expected to keep the Mii factor as a key component, to keep the identity of the series consistent

Deep Blue, the world's best chess A.I., won its first two matches against Garry Kasparov that's true but then it lost 4 games in a row and it was a best of 7. The programmers then made their A.I. better for their rematch and this time, Kasparov won all the games. He said that he was surprised in the first two games by how smart the A.I. was but once he got used to its playstyle it became very easy to beat it for him because it was so predictable and it's the same thing with all the chess A.I., or indeed all of the A.I. in the world. Sure, A.I. has gotten a lot smarter but it's nowhere near as adaptable as a human which is why, as anyone who plays against super hard A.I. who literally cheats to win in strategy games can tell you, the best way to beat them is just to do wacky stuff that they have no idea how to respond to.
