24:26 That is actually a superfood, it’s not chocolate but 'cacao's cake': this is the product of the bean after milling and extracting the cocoa butter. It is used to make both liquid and solid chocolate by adding milk and sugar. Its nutritional properties are quite significant, containing vitamins, minerals, and substances that are energizing and mood-enhancing. The coffee and cacao from this region are highly appreciated. Thanks for your video!

@@whatphillsdoin Yes. I live in the mountains on Nature Island. Every day I drive down the mountains to exercise in a gym. As I drive, I try to take-in every ounce of the nature around me: the exploding flowers of the Flamboyant Trees, the many palm trees, flowing mango tees, prehistoric ferns whose leaves stretch 12 feet, cascading waterfalls, the magical mountain peaks that are draped with a curtain of enchanted cloud cover. To me, the purpose of living: developing joy, deep contentment and expressing creativity. Life in the Western world revolves around spread sheets: it serves the ‘bottom line’. There is no place in a spread sheet to account for ‘humanity’. Money has become the primary currency of ‘human value’. Good deeds, compassion & empathy and thoughtful exchanges for the benefits of others hold little value. When I drive through the little hamlets the people wave and wish me a good morning; people in passing cars wave; and, the effervescent hitchhikers I pick up bring me great delight. To me, THAT is real human value! If you come to visit, let me know ahead of time.

@@whatphillsdoin I moved to Nature Island (former British colony). The land is pristine and unspoiled and crime is nearly non-existent. The most beautiful thing of all: The People. Nature Island is a rare quark of nature. The topography is so extreme and difficult that the robber barons of civilization never involved themselves. Nature Island has thus retained its all-natural simplicity and wholesome beauty. As a direct result, the nation has not created a social-strata. The people are just as all-natural as the environment. I learned for the first time that when left alone (not radicalized by the system), people are by their very fundamental nature, Beautiful Creatures after all! However, if you put them in a bad environment, they will develop many pathologies: The people and culture will develop what Carl Jung termed “a dreadful shadow”. This place is not perfect. But crime is very low. The people freely leave things out in public without fear of theft, keys in their car, and always rush over to help a stranger in need. Everyone welcomes strangers with open arms. And annoyingly, they are eager to help you back into a parking space! For us civilized westerners, coming here must feel allot like Europeans visiting Tahiti in the late 1700s. Let me know before you come and visit.

Thanks, very insightful. What types of venomous creatures come onto your land?
@whatphillsdoin17 күн бұрын
@@notadoctor2581 Great question!👍 Ok so out there the venomous creatures you can expect to find are: Various types of wasps, frogs, snakes, and ants. There are also scorpions, centipedes, and African bees. To name a few that come to mind.😊
