My wife and I came here on our honeymoon from California for a couple weeks, and within a week we decided to move here permanently. 20 years and three kids later, we are still here...West Side Ewa Beach, Represent! If you want it, you'll find a way to make it work. But honestly, it can be a struggle with the prices of everything. Even though it has it's ups and downs, overall we love it.

Random Chinese and Japanese girls in Hawaii together for just a few days sitting on the beach drinking beer. It’s a long way to get here and back. And expensive. Interesting. The Brazilian girl didn’t just decide to come to Hawaii and stay. There is a a Visa process. She was sketchy about how she supports herself “lives with friends” because she’s not supposed to work here.

I used the bus for all my travels other than between the hotel and airport. The bus doesn't allow a bag bigger than a carry on...supposedly. I watched a family board with big bags to go to the airport. The bus driver allowed it but made them move to the back. I was put off by that as I paid 10 times the bus fare to transport my big bag between the hotel and airport, following the rules.

“Hawaiian” refers specifically and only to descendants of the aboriginal native people of Hawai’i, no one else. Also, Hawai’i is not part of America, it’s a sovereign country that is illegally occupied by America. And the reason you didn’t see a lot of homeless people in Waikiki, is the police kick them out. They don’t want tourists to see the homeless problem, so they kick them out to other parts of the island. I suspect the police didn’t want you to know the truth… but there aren’t enough shelters for the homeless, there’s thousands of homeless and only a couple hundred beds for them. The US has programs to fly their homeless to Hawai’i in one way tickets so they can’t fly back, it’s their way of alleviating THEIR homeless problems.
