Hello Mam, I am about to come to Australia in a year's time on 491 Visa. I had previously worked in Melbourne. Since now I have to be in some regional area, I am worried about the Job opportunities. Suppose, I have WFH option or hybrid model, can my employer be in Sydney/Melbourne but I stay in a regional pin code and continue to work for that employer or should the employer also got to be in regional limits? If I work for any employer from Metro(still by residing in regional area) can my PR process be affected?

Jagan Shankar it depends on what you call it worth . I would say getting an entry into Australia and getting a PR is what I would call worth . From my personal experience most people end up doing stuff for money or find their true passion after coming here . So make sure you don’t have that typical Indian mindset of engineering , MBA , medicine while coming here . Make sure your course is on SOL for PR . Good Luck .
