Hi bro, I did mine at Unimelb 13 years ago. Unimelb is a top uni. Perhaps one of the best in the entire world. It has become very competitive these days. Not sure of the current situation. Some tech courses at RMIT used to have a good reputation. Not sure now as I did mine ages ago. Overall Unimelb is the best in my opinion.

Very common in major cities bro. In regional towns and places it’s not that common. Australia accepted a large number of refugees from the Middle East back in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Middle eastern food in sydney esp is fantastic and it’s all halal. Snakes - yes there are lots. However, statistically more Indians die of snake bite every year than Australians. So don’t worry. Anyone is welcome here 🙏

Hello bro, firstly, it’s doable but has a lot of regulations surrounding the same. It’s not forbidden. Secondly, for 500k I don’t think you can buy a house anymore in any capital cities unless it’s needs reno. May be a unit or small townhouse or duplex perhaps? That visa for investors needs significantly high investment. From memory it’s in the millions 5+. Are you on a Student visa in Canada? Any work experience in Canada?
