Maybe her husband is going through some difficulties due to not having a permanent job which has effected many people around the world due to the pandemic. I think she shouldn’t just run away from her husband unless he is abusing her than fine but otherwise both husband and wife should support each other even during difficult times that is a true test of a marriage relationship. Why did she leave her country in the first place, she must be a very naive women to do such a thing. Anyways I hope she and her husband are able to support each other. If there is no resolution I who is able to leave with her child and maybe you and all your Bangladeshi and Filipino friends living in BD can support her.
