In 2008, I had a transit in Dhaka, Bangladesh, but I stayed in Dhaka for a few days and then continued my journey. Bangladeshi people are hospitable and treat foreigners well, and like other South Asian countries like India, Sri Lanka, etc., everything is cheap.

Heartiest welcome. Dhaka is insane & horribly beautiful, you just need a right guide 😁 also try to visit outside places of the capital. Like Bandarban (to see the tribal life, hills, greenery) Sajek valley (a mind soothing place), cox'sbazar sea beach (the longest sea beach in the world), Shrimangal (for amazing tea estates, eco park, falls & hills), Sylhet (tribal villages, hills, swamp forest) Khulna, Sundarban (the largest mangrove forest in the world) & so many amazing places with much less crowd that will feel you relaxed & leave you amazed for sure.

Dear Counting Country’s, As a Bangladeshi I just want to say thank you for the kind words for our country :) yes it does have its problems but I'm sure we will be able to fix it. Here in multitude of places becoming so congested specially im city however you might be wondering Bangladeshi people so welcoming for everyone. Here we are rich in " tradition, culture, nature scenary, mountains, world longest sea Beach, world largest mangrove forest and more on" and its all about out roots . Im requesting you to visit out of dhakay and find out unique that you will never found in any country. I would say it's true that people often ignore the beauty of this country and just like to focus on the ugly part.Loved how the video upheld both and something about the way you pronounce Bangladesh is so satisfying, like and it sounds natural and not weird. This is natural way to travel. A guide would never show the actual life of a City. History? I think google is enough for that. A guided tour actually restricts the tourist to certain places, where a traveler with no guide can find real places.
