Hi Juliet. Alicia here (Wolfies mom lol) Bones has gotten bigger not huge but I can see his growth. I cannot believe its been two years already since you brought him home! He reminds me of mines so much the actions and looks and the cuddliness. Great grey skirt the whole outfit looked great and its exactly how I would have paired it up with that type of boots and color wise/black and grey. I was saying as I was watching this vlog that your anxiety can be triggered from alcohol. Too much of it. and a consistency of it like daily or every other day. I used to suffer from high anxiety even had to go to the emergency a few times. Alcohol would trigger it. excessiveness of it would have me in the hospital after a few hours of consuming it or the next day when I wake up still buzzed hungover...panic attacks would happen every time. So for me , I stopped drinking cold turkey. This doesn't mean that I would never ever have a light drink or a little but knowing that if i was to take one too many sips just to trigger the attacks and there's not stopping them when it happens you have to ride it out...i don't even chance it. So its mocktails and non alcoholic beers for me (which I don't mind) or grape juice and ginger ale. its been 3 years now since I haven't had an alcoholic beverage and no more panic attacks or super anxiety. If anxiety was to step in its because of me overthinking or to many things at once. And my wolfie would immediately come up to me and stare at me and rub on my legs cause he knows and feels it and that helps me check myself and snap out of it lol Black cats are so special I feel when it comes to knowing and soothing us out of those anxious moments. Don't stress yourself out so much about the party or what happened. If it was needed to be spoken about Danny would have said something (that's if he hasn't already) He seems to be the type to understand and brush it off but also speak on it calmly and gently if he thought it was necessary. Try the magnesium, and maybe some chamomile tea before bedtime. Also there is something I have been taking for over 5 years now called Gaba it is al natural over the counter . look into it if you can. And if you do give it a go, start off with a low dosages like 200mg and work your way up if needed. (i take 750mg at night) A side affect is that it make your skin tingle for about five minutes but that if you take to much (high dose) . I take it at night right b4 bedtime helps me sleep rather than a drink. Also it was my go to when i was having panic attacks or felt one coming along I would take a capsule and put into water so I can get the effects immediately..since swallowing a pill at the time of the attack would make it worse for me. Even as I write this message remembering how the panic attacks felt, my cat wolfie who was asleep and just woke up and jumped out quickly out of the chair and meowed and came to me very sleepily and wont leave myside. THEY know! lol I hope you are feeling better nowadays Thanks for another lovely VLOG. 💗💗
