@@Kaori832 My husband was born and raised in Goshogawara, Aomori Prefecture (about a 40-minute drive from where we live now). After high school, he moved to the Kanto area where he attended college and started working. He is a software engineer. We currently live in a rental house. It is very nice and was renovated soon before we moved in. However, we are considering buying or building a house in the future. We are also interested in old Japanese houses called "kominka" but we haven't found the right one for us yet. I have seen some other channels where people renovate kominka and it seems like cleaning out the house after buying it can be quite hard. General cleaning and maintenance of a house is not too hard though. 😊
