You can now do this trip by taking LA Metro and using the new underground stations. I did a couple of weeks ago. There is now a Metro station right behind the Broad and another new station on Broadway a little over a block away from the Grand Central Market. Very convenient. BTW, the third new underground station is right across from the Japanese Museum in the Little Tokyo-Arts District Station.

if you could give a rough estimate, how much time did you spend at The Broad? I'm trying to plan an anniversary date and have schedules for the whole day so I'm trying to plan accordingly

love that you're scheduling out your whole day! that's definitely something I do. we spent about 1.5-2 hours at The Broad. This includes walking through both the general and special exhibits. I hope you have a wonderful anniversary date!

hii, is the admission for the murakami exhibit completely separate from general admission? and can you go through the whole museum if only a murakami ticket was purchased?

Hi! The Murakami exhibit is a separate ticket and so are the infinity mirrors. General admission is free and comes with the purchase of either the Murakami or Infinity mirror ticket! So you can go through the entire museum with a Murakami ticket purchase :) I hope that makes sense and is helpful!

It does!! There’s Murakami merch in the Broad gift shop while the exhibit is available.
