I think you might be starting to enjoy cleaning! I find that Cif spray a bit overpowering, prefer cif cream for my sink and hob

The BPN Go Gels are definitely my go-to. Very easy to get down and they digest well whilst running 💯 Used 4 of them for my last marathon and had no issues ✅ Love the videos - keep it going, man!

Congrats on getting the app out! If you'll excuse the internet tips, my two tips having done quite a few marathons and ultras: 1. For me, Jelly Babies worked far better than gels (which I could never stomach) - the macros are basically the same and I could eat them endlessly. Same for haribo or whatever other sweet you can stomach when running. 2. Start treating your long training runs as race-day dry-runs; you may not feel you need water for a 23km run (and probably dont), but you will for 42km. If you dump in a load of water or lucozade sport halfway round the real thing having never done it before, you're inviting stomach cramps and worse (trust me!). Get used to doing what you plan to do - if you plan a few sips of electrolyte every 4km in the race, get used to doing it now.

Appreciate that Mack! And no need to excuse yourself for the tips I'm always looking to learn from others! Really solid advice there! I love jelly babies too so I will definitely try those on my next run, and yeah completely agree with the water, I very much regretted not taking any that evening especially towards the end of the run!

great video bro! Do you use an external light source or just your living room lighting? and what are your iso settings because it looks very sleek! Thanks
@chrxstang10 күн бұрын
Thanks! No external light source! My ISO settings vary but I usually like to keep it below 1,000. If it shoots up higher because lack of light (which is like 75% of the time in this apartment) then I sometimes put my shutter speed down to 1/25 (for artificial lights) or 1/30 (if no artificial lights). Not quite following the 180 degree rule here but I value a crisper image quality and I find the motion blur to still look fairly natural

You should be focusing on the stretch at the bottom dummy, squeezing at the top does nothing, look at the newest research
