У нас дома тоже такая маснычка была в 60х,70х в Одесской обл..Летом этом было одно из заданий раз в неделю сбить масло,помимо всего остального..как меня болели руки..Да...его надо выложить в ледяную колодязную воду и оставить на пол часа..вымыть потом пару раз в другой чистой холодной воде и.готово..То что неуспевали сьедать ,топили и собирали на зиму..Эх мое детство..😊😊😊А вареники с творогом когда польеш этим топленым маслицем😊😊😊..Или же гринку хлиба и сверху солькой посыпать..😊😊❤❤Молодцы что продолжаете,делитесь опытом..Привет из Аргентины.

Most respect from Romania! I know in detail this traditional way of making butter. I am from Romania, a country neighboring Ukraine. The traditions are similar. Even the way they are dressed is the same (I don't take into account the short jeans). Everything seems idyllic. The sun is shining, the wind is not blowing, the horse and cows are healthy, the hay is cut, the view is special... But how many of us know what it means to be there all year, fall, winter, spring, taking care of the horse, cows, the house and the rest? Once again, I want to convey a special respect for those who are involved in everything that means taking care, there, of everything! I wish you all the best from Romania!

Been a while since I’ve had homemade butter. Looks delicious on that fresh bread. That wooden saddle is pretty old school. Looks like an old US cavalry McClellan saddle. Never have seen any saddle cinched down with two straps over the saddle like that. Not many folks in US still use a wooden hay rake, mainly homesteaders with small acreages. Thanks for another beautiful video.
