I can't remember how I came across your videos, and I don't know why I haven't done sooner . Your videos are a real therapy to an exhausted body and mind , I got "addicted" to them, yo the point that I do not leave home anymore . People who suffer depression and anxiety, should be advised to watch these instead of taking killer poisonous pills . OMG, it is so beautiful there. These videos of her are getting wonderful. I like that she lets you film her day to day life and I also like that she is religious. I love how she grows and cans almost everything she eats. As I said many times before, she is my favorite out of all the people on this channel. Does she share the food she makes with the other villagers, or does she eat on it for a few days? I am so fascinated with all she does. I wish I could visit her and share a meal with her. Wszystko jest tu wykreowane. Z pewnością to jest coś a la skansen. No bo która gospodyni trze buraki na barszcz bez fartucha... 🙃 Niemniej miło popatrzeć. Choć rzeczywistość jest z grubsza inna.

Although I’m older than Maria, she reminds me of my Polish grandmother. I was raised Polish, I was adopted at 3 months old and the Polish traditions are what I was raised with although I’m Irish. Maria put on her Babushka to cook, my babcia did the same. When I was very little, my babcia had a wood cooking stove in the basement and used it more than her new gas stove in the kitchen. That was in the 50’s, damn how things change. Maria is a strikingly beautiful woman who knows her way around a garden and kitchen! Slava Ukraini from the USA!

Many people in the United States cook the peeling of the potatoes in the oven with salt and pepper, and just as they get done, put cheese on top! They are delicious and crunchy (if you spread them out enough) You can also make them fat or thin depending on how you like them! I just found this channel a month ago. I love Maria already!
