it's so funny. I'm currently a CM and want to get off the phones! Def. pace yourself with the calling, depending on what you have to do with the member. It's easy to get burned out. You have to factor in some people talk a lot, and some NEED a lot. So if you have to run down DME, DR's instructions etc you won't be talking to 50 people daily. I hope it works out for you. ETA: don't count weekends. so you'd have to make calls M-F. I think it's good you're gonna wait on that job

For the monstera, place the aerial roots in a glass of water, and refill when the water is gone. This saved my plant even though those aerial are meant to help the plant climb and I read it can lead to root rot but that hasn't been my experience. If the aerial roots that I have in water do rot I will probably cut them off as they regrow themselves naturally. Hope this helps from one plant mom to another.

Loved the long vlog, so fun to watch! Also I think you made a good decision about staying at your current position. Monstera needs sunlight in a south facing window. I use regular tap water on mines from Walmart. Yellow leaves drooping could be overwatering or under watering. How often do you water the monstera?

@@ChanelQ_ You are welcome 🤗 I water mines about once a week in summer and have a humidifier near by for days in between watering. Hmmmm I can’t say if you are under watering for sure. I just check mines if the soil is dry about a inch and a half deep I water it. They do have water meters to check for moisture levels.

Fall and winter I water about every 10-14 days I’m in Ohio.
