dang this week was pretty hectic to say the least..
Had a lot of fun filming and editing this vlog.. i think this may be one of the first videos I put out there just pretty much focusing on my life without talking about school, nursing or studying as much! Still balancing being out of school and being unemployed.. but we'll get there!

Hey Kai! Just wanted to share my story real quick in hopes that this will encourage you on your journey! I graduated in May 2023 and got into an 11-month program I started in September. However, I couldn't finish it, and ended up quitting in November due to mental health issues and problems with coworkers. I wanted to immediately jump into the next thing I could find but this period of my life was so hard but so necessary. I kept feeling behind and getting asked about my next job by people around me. I know you have your own reasons for currently being where you are in life. All this to say, keep going! Not being where I want to be in life took a toll on my wellbeing but I've since realized that I was on my own path and shouldn't worry about where society/others think I should be. Remember the support you have, take care of yourself and enjoy yourself before the long rewarding hours of nursing, and you got this! Good luck on the exam!

Always fun to see you get ready, eat breakfast (learned about coconut milk yogurt -thanks), and make your way through wind, rain, snow, or heat to whatever cafe to study. Don't beat yourself about about not passing that test. You'll pass and make a wonderful compassionate and knowledgeable nurse... if you don't overeat yourself into oblivion! LOL! Don’t feel that way, I was the last to take my xray licensure exam and all my classmates had jobs that wanted jobs and it took me 3 months to find a job and I have been gainfully employed since. I’m not working and going to nursing school. Wish me luck! It’s a lot harder than I thought
