the past month I've been truly enjoying spending time with myself, working on my little routines, and dedicating my energy towards better habits. so I've been leaning into my introvert side and it's been the perfect way to start off the year. even in a city as chaotic, full, and energetic as nyc I found how I can enjoy doing things alone without feeling lonely 💗 but of course you all always keep me company!

I became introverted this year. I was very extroverted two years ago, till I went through something with someone and completely isolated myself from everyone including people I used to be very close with. Something made me draw myself out of everyone's lives. And. I have never felt more lonely ever since I made that decision. I know I want to keep myself away from them because being surrounded by negativity was worse than me feeling lonely. But days go by where I feek the effect of loneliness even more. I crave the emotional support I need from that one specific person who has not entered my life yet. I am tired of wating but if I rush, I will hurt myself more. Im trying to embrace this loneliness feeling because I never know when I will want to come back to feeling this way again. I dont want to regret wasting my days feeling lonely, but try to enjoy being alone more. I am glad I am not the only one. and I hope I grow from being alone.

You could put a small bookcase or something perhaps in that gap in your bedroom. I love reading and it's so relaxing I think everybody should do more of it 😊 I keep on seeing about this Matcha in people's videos but I've never tried it myself. Love to see your trying Yubu (or Inarizushi in Japanese) which is the name of Tofu pouch. It’s fried thin tofu and seasoned with sushi vinegar (I think). I do love them a lot ❤

When i lived in east village for a bit I would walk every week to koreatown. Its actually very easy 😅 Rice kitchen looks great. There is also a place called Yubu very close by that has the tofu skin filled with rice and fillings

Changed the way i make my matcha after watching this video, I can taste matcha so much more (!?) and it didn't feel as heavy anymore because i use to make it like coffee (two shot of matcha, and then a lotttt of milk).
