Nope, won't work. You have to be a skilled immigrant for someone to take you and arrange a work visa. No one will just skype an interview with you and say "you are hired' You have to have qualifications that they are looking for. That means that companies that are hiring are doing so through official websites and classified channels.

Can we work in NFL (work from home) for Ontario employer - both me and my wife (My wife is primary applicant). My Company will be internal transfer from India to Canada but unfortunately NFL does not have my employer so is it ok ?

You will have to check with the employer. Also check the provincial Tax system that applies to you. You should be paying taxes in NFLD and not Ontario

So I can enter with my family and leave after a week, leaving behind my 21 year old son in the province. He gets to keep the PR if he stays there? This is an option if kids age out on GC in US due to backlog. Also I read that child age is upto 22 as per CIC definition. I hope this is true for all province programs. Does the age for child lock at time of application after ITA?
