I was recruited at US Naval Station, Sangley Point, Cavite City in 1958. Cavite was not like today, Filipino Folks. The US Navy was the major Contributor of Cavite economy!

This is Cavite Province. 67 Million Filipinos lived in this harsh Conditions. Philippines was not like The same in the 1950’s With only 19,000,000 Population!

In Germany the pigsties are cleaner than these slums in Cavite. I don't feel sorry for these people because they are too lazy to clean up even though they are unemployed and have a lot of time to keep their surroundings clean
